We can provide your company with a 50 ft. x 32 ft. (1,600 -sq.-ft) Main Event Room. The above floorplan is configured for classroom seating with five rows of rectangular tables with chairs, or desks. This classroom configuration has a capacity for fifty students in addition to five instructors. Also, just around the corner is a 130 -sq.-ft. restroom with a shower.

A 20 ft. x 50 ft. clearing, within our Alcohol and Ethanol Distillery Room, adds 1,000-sq.-ft. of open space that can be used for classes, workshops and/or brainstorming sessions. This enables multiple classes to occur simultaneously.

Beside the Main Event Room is our 17 ft. x 12 ft. (204-sq.-ft.) kitchen with a pass-through countertop for serving and catering to your guests. Our Catering Kitchen includes all of the necessary essentials. This includes a full-size range and oven, a large refrigerator, a commercial-sized double sink, a dishwasher and more than enough cabinet space. Just in case the refrigerator in our Catering Kitchen is not large enough, just a few feet down the hall is a forty-sq.-ft. walk in refrigerator for extra cold food storage.

Our 27 ft. x 49 ft. Tech Preppy Room is periodically available. This is our third room, with another 1,323-sq.-ft. of open space that can also be used for additional classes, workshops and/or brainstorming sessions — while enabling up to three indoor meetings to occur simultaneously. The above floorplan is configured for classroom seating with seven rows of rectangular tables with chairs, or desks. This classroom configuration has a capacity for fifty-six students with two instructors. Adjacent to the Tech Preppy Room are two more walk-In refrigerators that add another 8,000 cubic feet of large industrial cold storage for food and floral produce. This allows a convenient option for large catering and food service providers to utilize the Tech Preppy Room as a floral or food prep room, as a ghost kitchen and as a commissary.

Whiskey Hill Farms. is a 14-acre organic farm on California’s Central Coast near the Monterey Bay. Learn about our clean energy and clean fuel innovations that we use to grow specialty crops including tropical fruit, rare culinary and medicinal plants, and heirloom vegetable varieties. Free educational Farm Tours are available for all your attending team members and clients at Whiskey Hill Farms and Science Center.

You can celebrate your company's team and your clients with an award ceremony, retirement party, birthday party, and/or a holiday party in any of the above venues. Our Rustic Barn will soon also be available after the present remodel construction is completed. We'll work with you to create a personalized atmosphere for your event. Choose from a variety of decorations and themes to make your event truly special. We offer a special weekend event discount to our business clients who are already repeatedly renting out our venues for training purposes during weekdays.

Each table seats a party of eight. This reception configuration has a capacity for eighty seated guests in addition to ten entertainers on the large stage. As seen above, in the downstairs floorplan, there are three rooms available that share a bathroom with a large hot tub and a separate shower. Room # 1 is the Rambler's Roost with one queen-size bed and one twin bed. Room #2 has one king-size bed. Room #3 has one queen-size bed and one twin bed.

We offer special discounts to our guests that stay in one of our rooms at our Farmhouse. As seen in the upstairs floorplan (below or to the right) there are two rooms available that share a bathroom with a tub shower. Room #4 has one queen-size bed. Room # 5 has two twin beds.
