After reviewing your feedback and making any requested modifications, we prepare a custom contract that is mutually beneficial to you, your property, and JAS Fest Properties. This ensures we can fully support your needs. 

Our engineering, audio-visual, and photography teams will meet with you and/or your team to gather valuable marketing and sales media, site plans, building blueprints, and other documentation. We will then analyze the material and create new digital assets such as still photos and/or videos to support the project. 

Our engineering team will measure pertinent indoor and outdoor locations and edit your drawings and/or prepare new scaled drawings of your event, meeting, and accommodation space(s). We will then post digital versions of the aforementioned drawings online that offer the various options for table/chair/furniture layout configurations available at your event space. This will offer your client(s) the optimum resources available (for them to best consider your property for planning their events and/or stays).

JAS Fest Properties will design and develop a dedicated website for your event venue, resort, and/or cruise line. We will promote it globally through hashtags, podcasts, press releases, derivative funnels, multi-media ads, videos, and more. We will implement proven sales strategies to attract the optimal number of bookings for your property. Additionally, we tap into our network of over 100,000 event planners, travel agencies, associations, television producers, set location managers, and corporate insiders (who specialize in group events, conferences, meetings, tours, and incentive travel). We work on a performance-based commission, meaning we don’t get paid unless you get paid.
